Vac Hand Vacuum Hand Contorted Hand

The Vac-Hand is a fascinating Science education toy suitable for ages 5 to 12.

The vac hands can be used to explore air pressure and friction in a fun and educational way.

The set consists of:

1. A plastic container

2. A hand powered vacuum pump

3. Two vacuum valves

4. Ten latex gloves

5. Instruction sheet.

The vacuum pump and valves are re-usable. The latex gloves included will provide hours of entertainment and learning.

Instructions:

1. Fit a vacuum valve to the palm of a latex glove. 

2. Fill the glove with particles of your choice eg sand, rice, sesame seeds, coarse polenta, black mustard seeds, lentils, Chia seeds, Moong Dal or even skittles.

3. Remove the air from the glove using the vacuum pump.

4. The hand then becomes stiff and can be contorted into the desired position.
