Replacement Bunsen Burner - No table adaptor

This is a Bunsen Burner without the black table adaptor fitted.

It is possible to purchase the Bunsen Burner with the table adaptor, however this is more expensive.

Instructions are included via digital download on how to swap the table adaptor across from the non-working Bunsen Burner to the new one. The process takes about 3 minutes.

Step 1. Remove the black table adaptor from the

non-functioning Bunsen Burner by pushing up on

it firmly with your two thumbs.

It may require some alternative ‘wriggling’, but it will pop off.

Step 2. Put the black table adaptor into a cup of hot water

for one minute.

This will soften it and make it a bit more rubbery,

making it easier to push onto the new Bunsen Burner. 

Step 3. Remove the adaptor from the hot water using tweezers.

Push the adaptor up from the bottom of the Bunsen Burner until it clicks into place. You will need to ‘wriggle’ it up.
