Cardboard Centrifuge

This Cardboard Centrifuge kit is perfect for the Science classroom and Home Educators.

It's straightforward to make and comes with downloadable instructions.

There's also a YouTube video on the Tiny Science Lab Channel showing how to make and use it.

You will need a pair of scissors, a hot glue gun and two pens to make and use the centrifuge.

It's surprising how well it works! The disc spins really quickly and the separation process works a treat! Kids love it!

It's perfect for separating a mixture of water and clay.

The kit includes;

1 x cardboard disc 18cm diameter with laser cutouts.

1 x 5cm length of silicone tube

1 x 1m length of nylon string

2 x 1.5 ml plastic ampoule

2 x Tie wires
